Cloud File Server
Designed for smaller clients, under 20 users and that have limited budgets but still want to replace their file servers with a cloud-based solution, Cloud File Server enables users to securely access and edit their files from any location, without a VPN requirement. Collaborating on files is fast and easy, whether it’s with co-workers or non-employees. For companies using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, they can co-edit files with a single click, while keeping the files securely managed in Egnyte.
Advanced File System
For larger clients, up to 100 users, the Advanced File System plan provides greater scalability, as well as enhanced administrative and security features to simplify ongoing maintenance and keep files secure. In addition to file access, editing, collaboration, and sharing capabilities, the Advanced File System provides optional content lifecycle management tools for automating the retention, deletion, and archival of files, which reduces file clutter and storage costs for your clients.
Available today, both plans are packed with capabilities that go well beyond what can be found in an on-premises file server.
